What we store when you scan

The short version

A free scan stores: the website address you entered, your email, a compact summary of what the scan found, your marketing choice, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address (used only for the daily limit of 3 scans; the raw IP is never stored). No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no consent banner needed. We never sell data.

What and why

• Website address and scan findings: to run the scan you asked for and show you the readout.
• Email: to tie the readout to you and, only if you tick the optional box, to send launch updates. Result emails do not exist yet; when they launch, each will carry a one-click unsubscribe that erases the record.
• Hashed IP: server-side daily rate limiting. The hash is salted and one-way, a pseudonymised identifier rather than the address itself: it lets us count scans per connection without storing your IP.
• Pre-order reservations: email, optional website, and the fact that you reserved. No payment data exists; we take none.

Legal basis: performance of the scan you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for launch updates, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Leads are deleted on request and reviewed for deletion 12 months after the last contact.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Supabase (EU region) and the site is served by Vercel. Analytics run through Vercel Web Analytics: cookie-less, aggregate-only, no cross-site tracking. When email delivery launches it will be sent through Resend. These processors act on our instructions; we do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long

Scan leads are kept until you ask us to delete them: email info@aivikta.com and we erase the record. When result emails launch, each will carry a one-click unsubscribe that erases the record. Leads are reviewed for deletion 12 months after the last contact.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, export: email info@aivikta.com and we act on it. You can also complain to your national data protection authority (in Lithuania: VDAI).
